Melkite Catholic Eparchy of St Michael, Archangel

The Eparchy of St. Archangel Michael in Sydney (Latin: Sancti Eparchia Michaëlis Sydneyensis Graecorum Melkitarum ) is a Uniate with the Roman Catholic Church Melkite eparchy based in Sydney suburb of Darlington, Australia.

History

Mid-19th century began the migration of Christians of the Melkite Greek Catholic Church in Australia. The first collections were in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, and later settled in other regions Melkite Christians.
