Melodics

As melody is called the doctrine of the melody.

These two terms are in the same ratio to each other as harmony and harmony, where parallels are visible already using the word image. The difference between melody and melody consists only in that the melodic content- the melody, however, is descriptive form. So the melody is concerned with the particular manifestations of the melody.
