Memurubu

Memurubu is a Norwegian hiking hut, located at Gjende in Jotunheimen National Park. It is located at the end of Murudalen, at the mouth of the river Muru in the Gjende. Memurubu is located in the municipality of Lom, Oppland Province.

The hut was built in 1872 as the fourth cabin of DNT footpaths. She is now in private hands. But there is discount for DNT members. After a fire in 1998, a modern building was built with double rooms and private bathrooms. The main house also has dorms and share showers; total of more than 150 beds ready.
