Men's football at the 2003 South Pacific Games

In the XII. South Pacific Games 2003, two competitions were held in football in Fiji for the first time. On the men's tournament, ten, at the Tournament of women, which was first held, seven teams participate. All matches were played in the period from June 30 to July 11, 2003 at the National Stadium and Cathedral Park in Suva, in Churchill Park in Lautoka and in Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.

Fiji won for the second time after 1991 the tournament's South Pacific.

Papua New Guinea was the first winner in the women's football at the South Pacific Games.
