The Mendelssohn Chamber Choir Berlin is one in September 2006, was established by Volkher Häusler semi-professional mixed choir based in Berlin. Artistic Director of the registered association is Volkher Häusler.

The Mendelssohn Chamber Choir Berlin emerged from the Kreuzberg choir, which was founded in 1986 by Volkher Häusler.

The repertoire ranges from early music to contemporary music. An emphasis is placed on the choral works of the members of the Mendelssohn family, Fanny Hensel, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Arnold Mendelssohn. Since September 2013, is a collaboration of the choir with the Mendelssohn Society, in which there will be in the Mendelssohn- Remise among other premieres of compositions from the Mendelssohn family.

The Mendelssohn Chamber Choir Berlin is a member of the Choral Association Berlin. The choir sings frequently in the Chamber Music Hall of the Berlin Philharmonic and has premiered several works by the German composer Volker Wangenheim. The activities of the choir also extend to theater projects, such as with the artist Helge Leiberg. The choir has performed mainly in Berlin and Brandenburg, but has also performed concert tours abroad.

The pharmacologist Bruno Müller- Oerlinghausen is patron of the choir.
