The Estadio Mendizorrotza is the municipal football stadium in the northern Spanish city of Vitoria -Gasteiz, Alava Province in the autonomous community of Basque Country.

History

The on April 27, 1924, inaugurated sports venue hosts the home games of the football club Deportivo Alavés. At the opening met Deportivo Alavés and SD Deusto each other. The venue now offers 19,900 seats for fans. The stands are all covered. The seats are as blocks to the club colors of Alavés decorated in blue and white,, .

The stadium is located at Paseo Cervantes of Vitoria -Gasteiz. In addition to the Football Stadium is an indoor swimming pool as well as the old and the new pool. In the vicinity are other facilities such as an athletics track, tennis and basketball courts or a children's playground.
