The Menominee River is a tributary of Lake Michigan, which runs along the border between the U.S. states of Michigan and Wisconsin.

The Menominee River is formed at the confluence of its two source rivers Michigamme River and Brule River near Iron Mountain in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The river flows in connection past the two small towns of Iron Mountain and Kingsford and sets her course to the south. It forms along its entire river course, the boundary between Michigan and Wisconsin. Finally, the Menominee River flows between the cities of Marinette and Menominee in the Green Bay, a bay western side of Lake Michigan. The Menominee River has a length of 187 km.
