Mercedes-Benz M114 engine

The M 114 is a petrol engine with six cylinders in line of Mercedes -Benz, which was produced from 1967 to 1972.

This version was almost identical to the Mercedes -Benz M 108, the unit is distinguished by the timing, which allow a higher torque at low speeds.

This engine is equipped with an electronic fuel injection, a Bosch D -Jetronic. The M114 was the first engine from Mercedes -Benz, which was equipped with this technology after mechanical systems were used as early as the 50s.
