Mermerler Otomotiv

Mermerler Otomotiv A.Ş.. ( German: marble automobile) is an association founded in 2003, automobile manufacturers, with their headquarters in the district Etiler the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul. The company is a joint venture between the Turkish Mermerler Sirketler Grubu and the Chinese Chery Automobile Co., Ltd..

Turkey has taken for a native of China manufacturers a strategic position because of what Europe is the intended target market. Separate Agreement on the European Customs Union, the manufacturer has negotiated directly with the EU and makes appropriate special items such as special tax incentives. The vehicles from the Turkish production can in all European countries, including Germany, are allowed.

According to current information, the manufacturer has been quite successful and ambitious. According to current plans soon to further works within Turkey and possibly in other European countries are to be opened in order to create new jobs and increase the visibility of the company.
