The MessApico language is an extinct language that was formerly spoken by the Messapians in today's region of Apulia in southeast Italy.

The MessApico language is generally considered to be Indo-European languages , further classification is controversial. A theory that the Messa Pische should be more closely related to the Illyrian language, based mainly on ancient sources report that the Messapians immigrated from the opposite Adriatic coast, where there are hardly any of the Illyrian language itself language certificates.

The language is supported by numerous, but usually quite short inscriptions, which could only be partially interpreted so far.
