Messehalle, Innsbruck

The exhibition hall B in Innsbruck is a under preservation hall. The Hall is a Stahlfachwerkbau that originally stood in Prague and in the years 1892/93 came to Innsbruck.

The hall stood on the grounds of Prague Jubilee Exhibition in 1891. Thereafter, it was dismantled and rebuilt in Innsbruck again. The Stahlfachwerkbau in the tradition of the second half of the 19th century as could be simply screwed together at the Eiffel Tower and therefore also dismantled. In the period of the monarchy, the hall was also used for exhibitions. In the twenties and thirties of the 20th century has been modified and built the hall, so they lost their original appearance. In 2010 it was found that the historic steel structure was still almost completely intact under the obstruction, even the historic glazing was still partly present. The hall at the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre was a result, dismantled and has since 2012 again her old look.
