Metalheadz

Metalheadz is a stylish formative British drum -and- bass label, which was founded in 1994 by DJ Kemistry & Storm and Goldie. It was published on a variety of known drum -and- bass acts, including Photek, Dillinja, Adam F, Grooverider, Doc Scott, Peshay, Alex Reece, Wax Doctor, Source Direct, J Majik, Andy C, Lemon D, Hidden Agenda Ed Rush and Optical. Special attention was paid to the compilation Platinum Breakz, the banished in 1996, numerous tracks of artists on a triple album. The label also hosted the party series Metalheadz Sunday Session at London's Blue Note club, which helped, but publicize the music and the label founder Goldie in the mainstream in the 1990s.
