Metals banka A.D. is a Serbian bank headquartered in Novi Sad.

History

Since 2001, Metals Banka has strengthened its position in the market by becoming the majority owner of banks DTD banka banka and DDOR, who later merged with Metals banka. The Bank maintains a strategic partnership with the insurance company DDOR Novi Sad, which is the main shareholder of the bank with 15.12% of the capital. Metals banka was taken on December 12, 2006 at the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the BELEX15 index.
