Metin Tekin

Metin Tekin ( born May 8, 1964 in İzmit, Turkey ) is a former Turkish football player.

Career

He began his career at Kocaelispor. At age 18, he moved to Beşiktaş Istanbul. There he played from 1982 to 1997 and scored 47 goals in 320 league games. Metin Tekin was with Beşiktaş five times Turkish champions.

Private

From 1993 to 1999 Tekin was married to actress Şevval Sam and had a son with her.
