METKA is an engineering company that is a leader in Greece and today the majority belongs to the Mytilineos Holdings. History

The company was founded in 1962 in Nea Ionia in Volos. Between 1964 and 1973 the company was listed in 1980 was the competitor Technom SA adopted in 1989 SERVISTEEL S. A. In July 1998, the Mytilineos Holdings took over the majority of the company and currently holds 65.5 % of the shares.
