Metronom Theater

The metronome Theater (formerly TheatrO CentrO ) at Centro Oberhausen is a venue for musicals in the "Neue Mitte" Oberhausen.

History

The theater was built in November 1998 to September 1999 for 30 million euros in the form of an arena and was equipped with 1,807 seats.

The eye-catching roof resembles a dragon head. Was designed, the venue for the musical Tabaluga & Lilli by Peter Maffay, which should be listed in the long term. Premiere was on 24 September 1999. Spite of revision in early 2001 the curtain fell on 30 June 2001.
