Mettet is a Belgian municipality in the district of the province of Namur.

The municipality comprises the towns of Mettet, Biesme, Biesmerée, Greyx, Oret, Saint- Gérard, Furnaux, Ermeton -sur- Biert and Stave.

In Mettet there since 2010, a permanent race track.

Circuit Jules Tacheny

The Circuit Jules Tacheny was opened in 2010. There is a small circuit of 2,280 m in length. The circuit has been built especially for small racing series and race training and is compatible with both the car and the motorcycle passable.
