The wife of Mexico national ice hockey team is a selection of Mexican players, which are determined by the Federación Deportiva de Mexico de Hockey sobre Hielo to represent the country at international level.

History

The Mexican women's team met on February 18th and 19th 2012 in two internationals on the Argentine women's team. For both teams it was their first international match ever. The first game just decided to Argentina 1-0 for itself, in the second match Mexico was successful with 7:1. Subsequently, it was planned to take part in qualifying Group B World Championship Division II, but which ultimately did not materialize.

Two years later, the Mexicans began participating in a World Cup. As a host, she convincingly won the qualification for the group B of the World Championship Division II and succeeded by the rise in the Division IIB for the World Cup 2015.
