MG Maglificio

GB -MG Maglificio (from 1995 Maglificio MG - Technogym, 1998 as Riso Scotti -MG Maglificio ) was an Italian cycling team that existed from 1992 to 1998. The sponsor GB went in 1995 with Mapei together. Therefore, the Italian fashion company MG main sponsor, with the fitness equipment manufacturer Technogym as co-sponsor.

Team managers were, among others, Paolo Abetoni, Roger De Vlaeminck, Patrick Lefevere and Giancarlo Ferretti.

The biggest success of the team was the Tour de Suisse overall victory of Pascal Richard and winning the cycling World Cup by Michele Bartoli. The team also won on numerous tours stages and celebrated victories in various classics.
