Mhangura

Mhangura, also Mangula, is a 1100 m high place, with about 2,000 inhabitants (2006) in the province of Mashonaland West, Zimbabwe 40 km north of the town of Chinhoyi.

The city is located on the western edge of an intensively cultivated agricultural area, one of the granaries of the country. The place is also determined by the nearby copper mine and process 600,000 tonnes of ore per year. The promotion, however, collapsed in the political turmoil of the time, such as the Zimbabwe Standard reported on 21 May 2006. As this mine is controlled to 70 percent by the state, the proposals of the World Bank will fade to privatization well.
