Mia Rose

Mia Rose ( born January 26, 1988 in Wimbledon Village, London; actually Maria Antónia Teixeira Rosa ) is a Portuguese singer, songwriter and musician.

Life

In her childhood, Mia Rose modeled for the agency " Young Faces of London" before moving to Portugal with her family. She also starred in her youth in many plays and came as part of concerts in front of up to 800 spectators.

She became famous by the video sharing website YouTube, where they created under the user name miaarose videos of their Gesangeskünste published. In February 2008, it had more than 100,000 subscribers the second most subscribed music channel and the seventh most subscribed channel overall in the history of YouTube. She now has over 200,000 subscribers. Through their success on YouTube, the media became aware of Mia Rose. So Rolling Stone, The Sun and The Age reported on it.

On 4 April 2007 Ryan Leslie took her by the record company Next Selection Lifestyle Group under contract to which also belongs to Cassie. With Hold Me Now Mia Rose has received there also her first song.
