Miami Sol
The Miami Sol were a team of North American women's professional basketball league the WNBA. Its home games wearing the team at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.
The team was founded in 2000. Three years later, the game operation of the sol for financial reasons had to be discontinued. The team name Sol (Spanish for sun) plays on the NBA team Miami Heat and the Hispanic population in Miami.
