Michael Anton Biermer

Michael Anton anemia ( born October 18, 1827 in Bamberg, † June 24, 1892 in Schöneberg ) was a German internist and high school teachers.

Life

Biermer studied medicine at the Julius- Maximilians- University of Würzburg. There he received his doctorate in 1851 for Dr. med. He habilitated in 1855 and was appointed lecturer. In 1861 he was appointed the University of Bern on their Department of Internal Medicine. In 1867 he joined the University of Zurich and 1874 in the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelm University in Breslau. For the academic year 1881/82 he was elected its rector. 1891 Professor Emeritus of illness, he died at the age of 65.
