Michael Callan

Michael Callan ( born November 22, 1935 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as Martin Calinieff ) is an American actor.

Callan began his career as Mickey Calin. Under this name he started on Broadway with roles in The Boy Friend (1954 ), Catch a Star (1955 ) and West Side Story (1957).

His film career began in 1959 with roles in two films: They came to Cordura ( They Came to Cordura ) and people without nerves ( The Flying Fontaines ). Although he did not get his role of ' reef ' in West Side Story in the movie version, he danced in 1961 in the film April discovered Hawaii ( Gidget Goes Hawaiian ). Later he played among others in The winner (1963 ), Cat Ballou (1965 ) Leprechaun 3 (1995) and Stuck on You ( 2003).

He also starred in numerous television series, as in Quincy, Knight Rider and Murder, She Wrote.

He was married three times, with Carlyn Chapman ( 1960-1967 ), Patricia Harty and Karen Malouf. From the marriage with Carlyn Chapman he has two daughters, Dawn and Rebecca.
