Michael Eichberger

Michael calibration Berger ( born June 23, 1953 in Würzburg) is a judge of the First Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court.

Life

After graduating from high school in 1972 in Mannheim, he was a reserve officer candidates at the Signal Corps of the Bundeswehr. From 1974 he studied at the University of Mannheim law and made ​​from his legal training. From 1982 he was a research assistant and a PhD in Mainz. From 1984 he worked at the Administrative Court of Karlsruhe. He received his PhD in 1985 on "The restriction of legal protection against official procedures acts". From 1986 he worked for the Ministry of Justice of Baden- Württemberg. He was a research associate of Hans Hugo Klein at the Federal Constitutional Court in 1989.
