Michael Gruber (artist)

Michael Gruber (born 1965 in Mallersdorf- Pfaff mountain ) is a German artist.

After his training as wood and stone sculptor, he studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich with Hans Ladner, Antony Gormley and Asta Gröting and the visiting professors Timm Ulrichs.

Together with Corbinian Böhm he has worked since 1995 under the name lobby. In 1999 he got his diploma as a master student.
