Michael Johnson (singer)

Michael Johnson ( born August 8, 1944 in Alamosa, Colorado ) is an American country singer, songwriter and guitarist. His first number - one hit was in 1986 "Give Me Wings". He grew up in Denver, Colorado, in 1966 in Spain studied classical guitar. Back in the U.S. he played from 1968 with John Denver in the Chad Mitchell Trio. In the early 1970s he moved to Nashville, where he made his first recordings, but they were aimed at the pop market. In 1985, he played with a Sylvia the country duet " I Love You By Heart ".
