Michael Kidd

Michael Kidd ( born August 12, 1915 in Brooklyn, New York City as Milton Greenwald, † December 23, 2007 in Los Angeles, California ) was an American choreographer, dancer, actor and director.

Michael Kidd was born in Brooklyn, the son of Jewish immigrants Abraham Greenwald. He received in 1997 for his life's work to honor Oscar and each of the Tony Award for " Finian's Rainbow" (1947 ), " Guys and Dolls " (1951), " Can-Can " (1954), " Li'l Abner " (1957) and " Destry Rides Again " (1960). He had his most important role as an actor and dancer in 1955 in the musical Always Fair Weather Gene Kelly's on the page.
