Michael Pollan

Michael Pollan ( born February 6, 1955 Long Iceland ) is an American journalist. He is a professor at the Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism of the University of California, Berkeley. His literary works include several non-fiction books and numerous articles and essays on food and human food culture.

The published in 2006 book The Omnivores Dilemma is the basis for Robert Kenner film Food, Inc.
