Michael Vartan
Michael Vartan ( born November 27, 1968 in Boulogne- Billancourt ) is a French- American film actor.
Life and career
Vartan parents, a native of Bulgaria Armenians and a Polish-born U.S. citizen, could be divorced when he was five years old. At the age of 18 he moved to the U.S. in order to not serve the French military service need, and attended a drama school.
In 1988, Vartan his acting debut in the television movie Black Leather Jacket. In 1996, he played in his first U.S. feature film, in the film comedy The Pallbearer next to Gwyneth Paltrow and David Schwimmer and 1999 in addition Kissed Drew Barrymore, David Arquette, Leelee Sobieski and Jessica Alba. He had in 2001 with the role of CIA agent Michael Vaughn in the series Alias His breakthrough - the agent.
Personal
Vartan was from 2003 to 2004 in a relationship with fellow actress Jennifer Garner, who then left him for Ben Affleck. Since April 2011 he has been married to Lauren Skaar, whom he met in the parking lot of a supermarket in 2009.
His aunt is the successful chanson singer Sylvie Vartan.
