Michael Vitzthum

Michael Vitzthum (* June 20, 1992 in Bad Tolz ) is a German football player.

Career

Clubs

Vitzthum played his third to ninth years at SV Warngau and moved in 2001 to Bayern Munich, where he went through the appropriate juvenile units by 2010.

For the season 2010/11 he moved to SpVgg Unterhaching, for its second team, he first twelve times was used in the fünftklassigen Bavarian League. 16 October 2010 (12th Round ) he made his debut at the age of 18 years in the 3rd league, when he came off the bench in the 1-1 draw in the first team home game against Kickers Offenbach in the 74th minute for Roman Tyce. His first Profitor he scored 19 February 2011 (25th Round ) in the 3-0 win against FC Hansa Rostock.

After two seasons, he moved to league rivals VfB Stuttgart II for the 2013/14 season Vitzthum from VfB was loaned without option to buy at the Karlsruher SC, after his contract had previously been extended by one year.

National

On 27 July 2009 Vitzthum debuted with the German U-18 national team in Ballymena when he lost 2:3 against the Northern Ireland U -20 team. His second outing in the German U-18 national team, he played - also in Ballymena - in the 5-0 victory over Bulgaria's U -20 team four days later. His debut in the U-21 national team, he announced on August 13, 2013 in Freiburg goalless draw against the selection of France with Substitutes for Marvin Plattenhardt for the second half.
