Michael Voudouris

Panagiotis Michalis " Michael" Voudouris (Greek Μιχάλης Παναγιώτης Βουδούρης, born March 23, 1960 in New York City ) is a former Greek Skeleton pilot.

Michael Voudouris, emergency medical technician, was trained by JulieH Walker and Trevor Christie. The Americans of Greek descent started because of the great competition within the U.S. Association for the homeland of his ancestors. He played in 1999 in Calgary his first skeleton World Cup races and was 37 and thus last. In the following race in Nagano he was 33, it was also his best finish in the World Cup, which he later not improve, could only adjust. A little later he took his first World Cup in Igls, the Skeleton World Cup in 2000, in part, finishing in 34th place. During the World Cup the following year in Calgary Voudouris was 35 and at the same time next last major event was the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, where Olympic Skeleton was the first time since 1948 again. With a ranking of 23 Voudouris achieved its best international result.
