Michael Yani ( born December 31, 1980 in Singapore) is an American tennis player with Asian roots.

Life and career
Michael Yani began at the age of 2 years, to play tennis. His mother Nancy and his father Edward are both already retired. He has two brothers, Terry and Andrew.
Yani plays since 2002 Futures tournaments and was in his career five Futures tournament and two Challenger tournaments to win. His biggest success in his professional career was the semifinal collection at the ATP 250 tournament in Newport in 2011, where he eventually Belgian Olivier Rochus defeated the 2:6 and 4:6.
