Michał Fryderyk Czartoryski

Michał Fryderyk Czartoryski (* April 26, 1696; † August 13, 1775 in Warsaw) was the Grand Chancellor of Lithuania. He belonged to the old nobility Czartoryski family, who had worked at the time of the First Partition of Poland with Russia.

When the draft constitution under Augustus III. failed, he reached with his brother August, with the support of Catherine II the collection of their former favorite, and his nephew Stanisław Poniatowski King of Poland.
