Michel Kilo

Michel Kilo (Arabic ميشيل كيلو, * 1940, Lattakia ) is a Syrian opposition, regime critic and journalist. He writes for the Lebanese newspaper An-Nahar, and is the author of several articles and manifestos to state power and society development.

Life

The Christian Syrians studied journalism, history and economics at the universities of Münster and Munich. He was first imprisoned in 1979 for two years without trial.
