Michelle McCool

Michelle Leigh Calaway, born in McCool ( born January 25, 1980 in Palatka, Florida) is a former American professional wrestler, which occurred under the ring name Michelle McCool at the wrestling promotion WWE. Her biggest success was the two-time receipt of the WWE Women's Championship and the WWE Divas Championship.

Careers at World Wrestling Entertainment

McCool began her career in WWE as a participant in the WWE Diva Search in 2004, where she had to lose according to storyline against Christy Hemme. She signed in November 2004 a three -year contract and was shortly thereafter in WWE Smackdown television series debut.

McCool was transferred in late 2005 to WWE - construction League DSW in order to continue their training. After a short pause, she went to the wrestling junior league OVW.

McCool returned on June 2, 2006 to SmackDown! back. She was allowed on 28 July 2006 her first solo match on SmackDown! to win against Jillian Hall. A little later, McCool won the role as a valet for the tag team of KC James and Idol Stevens.

There was a short feud with Victoria. On July 20, 2008, you could win the WWE Divas Championship against Natalya after they have been allowed to overcome Victoria, Eve Torres, Maryse and Cherry in WWE Divas Championship tournament finals.

On December 26, 2008 McCool had to relinquish the title to Maryse Ouellet. At The Bash on June 28, 2009, she was allowed the WWE Women's Championship from Melina winning Thus, they became the first WWE Diva, which could lead both women's titles.

As of November 2009 it formed together with Layla a tag team named Lay-Cool. In the pay- per-view event Royal Rumble she had to lose the title to Mickie James, but was allowed to get him back again. After 61 days, they had to return it to Beth Phoenix at the big event Extreme Rules title on April 25, 2010.

On 14 May 2010 her partner Layla Beth Phoenix for the WWE Women's Championship was allowed to take off in a 2 -on-1 Handicap Match. Both held the title then together informally. With the unification with the WWE Divas Championship McCool went to the team and defeated Melina, making them champion for the second time Divas. You had to give him to Natalya 2010 at the PPV Survivor Series.

At Extreme Rules 2011, she lost a Loser Leaves WWE match against her former partner, Layla. Later, McCool confirmed via Twitter that this is not a storyline and so ended her career.

Others

From 5 to November 9, 2007 McCool participated in five episodes of the TV series Family Feud with several other WWE wrestlers part. She also appeared on 6 February 2008 in an episode of Project Runway with Maria Kanellis, Candice Michelle, Torrie Wilson, Kristal Marshall, and Layla El. On 3 June 2008, she appeared in the sports program Best Damn Sports Show Period with John Cena. In addition, McCool appeared in 2009 along with Eve Torres and Maryse Ouellet in the January issue of the journal Muscle & Fitness.

Personal

McCool played softball before and during their time in high school. On the Pasco - Hernando Community College, she was also active in baseball. Then McCool became a Master's degree in Educational leadership from Florida State University. Before she began her wrestling career, she taught for four years, the 7th grade in science at a school in Palatka, Florida. She continued to participate in several fitness competitions of the National Physique Committee.

McCool was married to Jeremy Alexander, in 2006, was the divorce. In June 2010 she married after 3 years of relationship the wrestler Mark Calaway aka The Undertaker William.

McCool suffered several injuries during her work as a wrestler, including a broken nose, two broken ribs and a broken sternum, which took place twice a stay in hospital.
