Microalloyed steel

TM denotes a steel micro-alloyed steel material, which is produced by a thermomechanical process. In this rolling process a final temperature is maintained within a certain range. This material properties are obtained, which do not come about with the sole heat treatment. The process is not repeatable. TM steels have high strength and toughness, and can be in compliance with good processing only slight limitations, even weld in particular. So you allow constructions that meet the highest standards of aesthetics and economy.

The English name is " TMT steel" or "Thermo Mechanically Treated steel".
