Microprofessor III

The Microprofessor III (MPF III), is a home computer from the company Multitech (now Acer) was brought to market in 1983. It is also an Apple -clone of the Apple IIe computer. In contrast to the first two computers in the company of these computers had been influenced by the IBM PC. Because of additional functions in the ROM and the graphics of the computer was not fully compatible with the Apple IIe.

One of the features of the MPF III was his Chinese BASIC, which was a Chinese version of the BASIC programming language and based on the Applesoft BASIC. The computer was equipped with a Z80 card. Thus, on the computer, it was possible to use the additional Z80 processor and run programs under the operating system CP / M.
