Midatlantic English

As Midatlantic English a dialect is called in the anglistischen linguistics, neither the General American ( Gena, distributed in the U.S.) or the Received Pronunciation (RP, distributed in the UK) can be assigned, but is a kind of mixture of the two most learned language colorings.

The term plays ironically on the area between the two countries Atlantic.
