Midhordland

Midthordland (also written Midhordland ) is a landscape in western Norway, consisting of the central regions of the Fylke Hordaland. It includes 9 municipalities Askøy, Austevoll, Bergen, Fjell, Fusa, Os (Hordaland ), Samnanger, Sound and Øygarden, and has an area of 1,785 km ² and a total population of 337 146 ( 1 July 2009). The capital of the region is Midthordland mountains.

Midthordland is one of 15 districts, which together make up the part of the country Vestlandet.
