The Miellätno ( Sami Miellädno ) is a river in Sweden, he springs from the Alkajaure Lake in Sarek National Park at an altitude of 756 m. It runs from the east in a north-western arc to Virihaure in it opens at an altitude of 579 m after about 25-30 miles. Thus he has a very steep gradient, making it unsuitable for boat recorded tracks.

Without technical aids of Miellätno is not to cross. On Alkajaure there near the outflow of the Miellätno a rowing boat passage, where you have to pull yourself. About two kilometers north (down) there is a suspension bridge over the river, which is in poor condition and was repaired makeshift 2009. Warning labels do not recommend to use the bridge; However, a crossing is possible. There is a further and final bridge shortly before its confluence with the Virihaure where the Padjelantaleden crosses. The Miellätno forms the southern part a natural border between National Park Padjelanta and Sarek National Park.

The Miellätno is due to the strong rainfall in its areas of origin in the western part of the national park Sarek with the valleys as Alkavagge, Sarvesvagge a major river in national park Padjelanta.
