Mifta al-Usta Umar

Miftah al - Usta Umar (Arabic مفتاح الأسطى عمر, DMG Miftah al - Usta Umar ʿ; * 1935 † 22 March 2010) was head of state of Libya.

Miftah al - Usta Umar was the General Secretary of the General People's Congress from 15 February 1984 to 7 October 1990 de jure head of state of Libya.
