Miguel SantÃn del Castillo
Santín Miguel del Castillo (* 1830 in Ciudad San Vicente; †) was dated 7 February 1858 to the January 19, 1859 President of El Salvador.
Life
In May 1858, who set up the Academia Militar Santín del Castillo in San Salvador, was taught on the tactics of artillery, infantry and cavalry. Commander of the army was Gerardo Barrios. From June 24 to September 18, 1858 Castillo was represented by Barrios as President. Barrios filed a lawsuit against Castillo, to seize the presidency. As Barrios knew he had to expect no support from Francisco Díaz Dueñas, he let deport him to Guatemala.
