Miguel Tendillo

Miguel Tendillo Belenguer ( born 1 February 1961 in Moncada ) is a former Spanish footballer.

Playing career

Tendillo began his career at Valencia. In the period 1978-1986 the defender once won the Spanish Cup in 1980 and was able to win the European Cup Winners' Cup and the European Super Cup. Tendillo was in the final captain of the Los Ches and played through. In 1986 he moved to Real Murcia, where he remained only one year. From 1987 to 1991 he was with the Royal Real Madrid under contract. In Madrid he could get his first 1988 Spanish league titles, two more were to follow. He also once won the Spanish Cup and three Spanish Super Cup. In 1991 he moved to FC Burgos and left it there end his career until 1993.

International Tendillo played 27 times for Spain, scoring once. He participated in the European Football Championship 1980 in Italy (Spain eliminated in the group stage ) and at the Football World Cup 1982 in part in their own country, where the Spaniards were eliminated in the second group stage.
