Miika Lahti

Miika Lahti (born 6 February 1987 in Konnevesi ) is a Finnish professional ice hockey player who is since 2005 JYP Jyväskylä in the SM- liiga under contract.

Career

Miika Lahti began his career as a hockey player in 2005 JYP Jyväskylä, for which he had already played in youth. In his rookie year, the attacker scored in 43 games eight scorer points, including four goals. He also came in three playoff games for use. In the following season Lahti was able to increase his record to twelve scorer points, including six goals, in 44 games. After Lahti for JYP was also regularly in the 2007/ 08 season on the ice, he only came in the 2008/ 09 season, although on one assist in 16 games in the SM- liiga and played most of the season in Mestis, the second highest Finnish league, but he was for the first time in his career Finnish Champion with JYP Jyväskylä.

Internationally

For Finland, Lahti took part in the U18 World Junior Championships in 2004 and 2005, and at the U20 World Junior Championships 2007.
