Mikael Johansson (ice hockey, born 1985)

Mikael Johansson (* June 27, 1985 in Arvika ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is since June 2010, in Leksand IF in the Svenska Hockey ligands under contract.

Career

Mikael Johansson began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of the Arvika HC, for the seniors team, he was active in the third-tier Division 1 2001-2003. Subsequently, the Center played each a year for Arvikas League rivals Skåre BK and the professional team of Bofors IK from the HockeyAllsvenskan, the Swedish second division. For the season 2005/ 06 he was obliged by Färjestad BK of the Elitserien. With the team he immediately won the Swedish championship title. He was able to repeat with his team in the seasons 2008/ 09 and 2010/11 this success. Only during most of the 2009/10 season he did not play for the FBK, but for the Hamilton Bulldogs in the American Hockey League.

In June 2013 he left the FBK and was taken from riser Leksand IF under contract.
