Mike Commodore
Michael Commodore ( born November 7, 1979 in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who was most recently with the Tampa Bay Lightning in the National Hockey League contract.
Career
The 1.95 m wide defender played for the team from the University of North Dakota in league play the National Collegiate Athletic Association before he selected at the NHL Entry Draft in 1999 as 42 in the second round by the New Jersey Devils ( drafted ) was.
After his college years the right shooter graduated in the 2001/ 02 season, his first NHL games for the Devils, he also was standing by the farm team Albany River Rats in the American Hockey League on the ice. In February 2008, Commodore was transferred from Carolina to the Ottawa Senators, who let him go as a free agent with the Columbus Blue Jackets in the summer.
July 1, 2011 Commodore signed a contract for one year with the Detroit Red Wings, who transferred him on 27 February 2012 in exchange for a conditional seventh- round performance suffrage in the NHL Entry Draft in 2013 to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
