Mike McGear

Peter Michael McCartney ( born January 7, 1944 in Liverpool, England ) is a British musician. He is the younger brother of Paul McCartney. He used since the mid -sixties, the pseudonym ' Mike McGear ' so as not to give the impression that swim along in the wake of the success of his famous brother. Under this pseudonym he formed together with John Gorman and the poet Roger McGough, the band Scaffold. This was in the sixties and early seventies a few single hits like Thank you very much, the No. 1 hit Lily the Pink, Charity Bubbles, Do the Albert and Liverpool Lou. The mid-seventies he got together with Gorman and McGough one in which Grimm's project. Other members of the Grimms Bonzo Dog Doo came from - Dah band and the Liverpool Scene.
