Mikhail Volkenshtein

Mikhail Vladimirovich Wolkenstein (Russian: Михаил Владимирович Волькенштейн, scientific transliteration Mikhail Vladimirovič Vol'kenštejn; born October 23, 1912 in Saint Petersburg, † February 18, 1992 in Moscow) was a Russian biophysicist.

Life

He taught as a professor at the Moscow State University and head of the Institute of Molecular Biology, Russian Academy of Sciences.
