Mikołajskie Lake

Jezioro Mikołajskie ( German: Mikołajskie lake ) is a lake on the territory of the Polish town of Mikołajki ( German Nikolaiken ) in the powiat Mrągowski in the Warmia - Mazury.

The lake is about 5.8 km long, up to 1.6 km wide and 5 km ². It is up to 25.9 m deep. To the north of the Jezioro Tałty connects ( German Talter waters ) and southwest of Jezioro Bełdany ( German Beldahnsee ). In the south-east of Mikołajskie lake is through a narrow channel with the Śniardwy ( German Spirdingsee ), the largest lake in Poland, connected. All four are in the Masurian Lake District.
